Grafton Street office conversion, Fitzrovia, London. This project involved the refurbishment and extension of a former stable and warehouse building. This building is completely uninsulated and has succumbed to many alterations and changes in use over its lifetime. The impressive original structural frame is to be retained with a new insulated roof on top. All external walls and the ground slab will be insulated, and a heat pump will be installed bringing the building up to modern sustainable standards.
